Trivle is designed for training providers, educational organizations, safety training companies, Code 95 providers and any other organization that delivers education or training. Whether you work with small groups or large volumes: the platform scales with you.
We guide you step by step through the setup. Together we review your current workflow, configure the basics and show you how to add trainings, learners and e-learning content yourself. Most training providers can work independently after a short onboarding.
You can use your own content entirely. Many customers upload their own presentations, videos, manuals and questions. Trivle also offers ready-made modules for BHV, First Aid, VCA, Code 95 and more, which you can use or customize as a foundation.
No. The content studio is designed to be intuitive. You add text, media and questions through a user-friendly editor. No technical or programming knowledge is required.
Trivle offers a comprehensive API and we already have integrations in place, including AFAS. We are happy to explore which systems you use and how we can best connect registrations, learners, certificates or reporting.
Yes. The Trivle learner environment works on any device: laptop, tablet or smartphone. Content adapts automatically to the screen, and accessibility features such as text-to-speech are built in.
Trivle is built with privacy and GDPR in mind. Personal data is processed carefully, you decide who can access what data, and we support data minimization, access requests and deletion. We document roles and responsibilities clearly in data processing agreements.
Yes. You can fully design certificate templates in your own branding, including logo, colors and custom text. Trivle automatically uses these templates when generating certificates.
We don't disappear after the initial setup. You can contact us for questions, extra training and advice on integrations, reporting or new workflows. We believe in improving Trivle together with training providers over time.
After completing a training, Trivle can automatically generate a personalized PDF certificate with a unique QR code. You define the conditions: minimum attendance, passed test or completion of specific modules.
Trivle offers API integrations that allow you to connect external systems such as CRMs to automate processes. We already have an AFAS integration and are happy to think along about connections to other systems.
Trivle logs all actions and provides notifications when something doesn't work, for example if an email cannot be sent or an API call fails. You can then intervene manually or adjust the automation together with us.
